Jarrett Pavao
President
MCSE, MCSA, MCTS, CCA, VTSP
Jarrett studied at the University of Miami and has achieved status of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist, and Citrix Certified Administrator. Jarrett sits on Keiser University’s Technology Advisory Board, and has been a finalist for the South Florida Business Journal’s, “Up and Comer’s” award three years running. Recently Jarrett has taken a position on the board of director’s for Caridad, the state’s largest non-profit healthcare clinic.
Jarrett lives in Boca Raton with his wife and their 3 children. He enjoys spending time with his family, especially at the beach or watching the Miami Hurricanes play on Saturdays.

Thomas “TJ” Tyau
Director of Engineering
MCSE, VCP, CCNA, NCSE
Prior to joining iPower Technologies, T.J. was a Senior infrastructure engineer and IT consultant in Washington DC. After experiencing a few vacations in south Florida with his son, he decided to “make the move” ! They now live in beautiful Delray Beach.

Lucie Vogler
CFO & Operations Manager
Her background includes 6 years as a CFO for a long term care consulting firm working with US Veterans and their families and has 19 years as Senior Accountant for two Fort Lauderdale CPA firms working with clients in various industries including Auto Dealership Associations, Financial Management of Hotel and Hospitality services and physician practice management.
Lucie came to iPower in 2012 and manages the company’s financial and operations department. Is directly responsible for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, financial deal analysis and negotiations, relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing.

Rob Valenti
Director of Technical Operations
MCSA, ConnectWise ACP and MCA, Kaseya KCA, CompTIA
Rob Valenti is a tenured IT professional and leader with almost 25 years of experience and a multifaceted skills around various IT platforms.
Since the mid-late 1990s, Rob has had an immediate proven ability to deliver value to organizations by understanding their underlying business needs. Leveraging technology to overcome complex technical challenges, Rob helps define strategies and approaches to effectively manage change for all of iPower’s customers.
Rob possesses a broad background in technology management, systems integration and operations and implementations, and yields a practical and balanced perspective in addressing and solving problems in a multitude of areas. As of late, he has had a significant focus on producing and managing agile-based RMM automated solutions geared towards Managed Service Providers and internal enterprise helpdesk infrastructures, in turn producing maximum efficiency and operational product cost-awareness.
Rob recently migrated from Virginia back to his native state of Florida. When not traveling, he enjoys reading and keeping up with IT and business trends, watching sports and being involved in outdoor activities.

Sidney Hoff
Service Manager
Sidney Hoff is an IT professional with over 10 years of experience and an additional 10 years of customer service management experience. He holds two degrees, one in Computer Network Systems, and the second in Information Systems and Cybersecurity. Over the span of his IT career, he has worked with several clients across various industries including Hospitality, Manufacturing, Medical, Law, and Property Management.
Sidney started with iPower in 2013. As the Service Manager, he is responsible for both the Helpdesk team and the Field Service team. He continues to build and develop each team through education, mentoring, training, and standardization of procedures. This allows iPower to resolve issues as quickly as possible, meeting our Service Level Agreements and providing all of our clients with excellent customer service.
Sidney lives in beautiful Holly Springs, Georgia with his wife and 2 children. He enjoys the outdoor life, being so close to the north Georgia mountains, trains in Krav Maga and builds combat robots.
